2024.2.21 Binta presented at Brain Science meeting
Binta gave a poster presentation at The 4th international symposium on Frontend Brain Science–Yamanashi GLIA center. She met Ken's posdoc mentor, Dr. Yishi Jin, at the meeting. Jin is her grandma in science!
2024.2.5, 7 Thesis presentation
Sota (BS), Rikuou (MS), and Yuto (MS) presented their thesis works! All of them did great presentations! Rikuou got the second place!! Congratulations!!
2024.1.20 Kansai Worm Meeting
Mariko, Shiori, and Shivaani gave oral presentations at Kansai Worm Meeting. Although they are just B4 students, they did a fantastic job! Mariko got the best presentation for her work about aging and mating. Congratulations!
2023.12.17 Year-end party

Rikuou and Yuto attended MBSJ at Kobe and gave poster presentations. Great job!!
2023.12.4 Kobe meeting
Ken gave a talk at the pre-MBSJ meeting at Kobe University organized by Dr. Satoshi Ninagawa! Yuto also attended and enjoyed the talks!
2023.11.13 Dr. Himeoka's visit
Dr. Yusuke Himeoka from the University of Tokyo visited us and gave an informal talk about modeling death of a cell! We learned a lot of new things!
2023.11.1 Dr. Hayashi special lecture
Ken invited Dr. Makoto Hayashi from Kyoto University for the special lecture. He gave a wonderful lecture about the telomere in English!
2023.10.10 Second place at the Softball tournament!
We had the Softball tournament at our department and won the second place teaming up with Frommer/Nakamura lab! Great job, guys!! Btw, Ken could not attend it due to a class... Shame...
